Cobalt are delighted to be exclusively working with a Developer and Consultancy who both build out their own developments as well as offering a bespoke service to clients. Not only do they acquire and manage sites from affordable housing to commercial, they offer marketing, design and strategic advice from concept through to delivery for some awe-inspiring clients.

• Our client is seeking a bright, driven and personable Graduate - from any sector - although someone with Business, Design, Marketing or Property would be preferred. Your role will start on a rotation across all the areas mentioned. Once established, you will specialise within one or more of those areas and develop their skill set in continuous professional learning environment.
• The role supports leading clients such as pension funds, investment managers, developers and local councils on their portfolio's, by offering a bespoke service and approach to their asset management and development strategy.
• In addition, as an entrepreneurial business, they invest in some of the projects themselves, as well as finding their own sites for development.

The role is based in Central London and offers a competitive salary and benefits such as some hybrid working, although they are 4 days a week in the office. The progression and potential this business is offering the successful candidate is unrivaled.
