Summary
We have been retained to secure a partner, project manager, to lead an established team in Reading.
About the position
Our client are an an award winning and highly regarded construction consultancy. They are a market disruptor, progressive and inclusive partnership that promote on value added rather than time served.
From their base in Reading they have a full multi-disciplined offering, that work through the fullness of clients and sectors that the M3 and M4 corridors have to offer.
As lead partner, project manager, you will have a strong pedigree in delivery, team development/ growth and winning work.
About you
You will be highly motivated, have a strong professional network and book of contacts or at least be motivated to win new instructions. Have a demonstrable pedigree in project management, particularly in the building sectors rather than infrastructure. As a business and team leader, you will be expected to sign off work and mentor staff so professional qualifications are a requisite.
