Rural Surveyor - Monmouthshire

Beach Baker are working with an established South West / South Wales multi-disciplined practice.

They are looking to recruit an experienced general practice rural surveyor to join their team in Monmouthshire. Full or part time will be considered.

  • Compensation & Utilities work

  • Tenancy Work both Rural & Commercial

Person Specification

  • Ideally a qualified member of the RICS/CAAV
  • Team focused and self-motivated
  • Commitment to high standards of work and quality service to clients
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
