Job Details
We are proudly supporting one of the UK's most prestigious Real Estate organisations. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join the already successful division in their London City offices.
The practice are commercial and industrial specialists, they provide a full range of building surveying services across an impressive client portfolio. The building consultancy division are continuing their organic growth which has led to an opportunity arising.
The role is to deliver several multi-million pound schemes across the Capital. There is a healthy diversity of work spilt between both the professional and project disciplines. You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will manage important stakeholder relationships and spot business development opportunities. Typical programme values range from £200k - £4million.
Technical Responsibilities: schedules of dilapidations, neighbourly matters, technical due diligence surveys, contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, design specifications, project management and LTAs.
