INTERIM RURAL ESTATES SURVEYOR

East Midlands

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who need an extra pair of hands to help on their rural portfolio.

This role will see you out on farm and land inspections, completing rent reviews and lease renewals, and drawing up heads of terms for construction of new leases. Valuations will likely play a key part in your role, so being a Registered Valuer is beneficial. Your role doesn't have management responsibilities, but your thoughts and assistance with their APC candidates would be greatly appreciated!

As an insight into the Council's strategy, the aim is to construct transition plans for the farms, and generate renewable energy ideas and structures.

The position is great for someone looking for a new challenge, and SOON! You could start as soon as Mid-February, on a 3 month rolling contract. Hybrid working is available, however you'd be needed on site inspections regularly at the start of this role.
