Looking for a new challenge in facilities management? Look no further! I am currently seeking a Facilities Manager to assist the Centre Director with managing a shopping centre in West Yorkshire. As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and proactive service to management operations, meeting your new business policies and procedures, and promoting best practice throughout all tasks.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include managing control systems for statutory, policy & contractual commitments, ensuring compliance with statutory and local regulatory requirements, and codes of practice, and maintaining healthy & safe working conditions within the Shopping Centre. You will also provide effective teamwork & support to colleagues and ensure that third-party contract specifications/commitments are met, and services contracts fulfilled to high standards without increasing costs/impacting budgeted expenditure.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, experience in supplier relationships & contract performance management, property management & space management, and health, safety & compliance management & delivery. You should also have excellent problem-solving & analysis skills. A degree or relevant experience in facilities management is desirable, as is an H&S qualification.
