Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a Council in the Southeast who are recruiting for the position of Interim Head of Property. This role requires a dynamic Chartered Surveyor with a hands-on approach.
You will be required to oversee a number of different teams including Property Professionals, Building and Maintenance Surveyors, and Project Managers. You would also be responsible for liaising with other department heads, external consultants and councillors.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected in the office three days a week and will be able to work remotely for the remaining two days.
Previous Local Authority experience is essential for this position.
