The Senior Building Surveyor will engage with a diverse and stimulating mix of clients, spanning sectors from residential to education, community, and even rail.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role
This pivotal position as a Senior Building Surveyor involves a focus on project-oriented tasks. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including designing and specifying, contract administration, and a range of professional services such as dilapidations and schedules of conditions.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- RICS accreditation.
- A background in private practice or consultancy, with a preference for at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience across various sectors is advantageous.
- A keen interest and experience in project-oriented work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- £55,000 - £65,000
- Hybrid working 2/3 days in the office
- Flexible working hours and locations
- 25 days annual leave
