My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join the team. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional surveying services to their clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven expertise in building surveying, project management, and client liaison.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Conducting comprehensive building surveys and inspections.
·Providing expert advice on property and construction matters.
·Preparing detailed reports on building conditions, defects, and recommended actions.
·Managing and delivering projects from inception to completion.
·Collaborating with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure project objectives are met.
·Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
·Offering professional guidance on property-related legal and regulatory compliance.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
·Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
·Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a private consultancy environment.
·Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
·Excellent knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
·Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
