Our construction consultancy client is seeking an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on iconic building developments shaping London's future skyline.

You will work alongside renowned architects and developers, providing vital quantity surveying expertise during dynamic and complex projects such as:

The multi-billion pound regeneration of Battersea Power StationA flagship new museum quarter in the CityAn exclusive Knightsbridge hotel with high-end residential towersLeveraging your unmatched attention to detail and commercial insight, you will:

Provide quantity surveying services from early design stages up to project completionDevelop detailed cost models, forecasts, and control budgetsAnalyse tenders and undertake lifecycle cost planningAdvise on value engineering, procurement methods, and construction cost controlTo stand out, you will have 5+ years' experience within leading quantity surveying consultancies. First-class communication skills are essential, alongside proven ability handling multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
