Join a reputable Local Authority client in Nottinghamshire on an interim basis for a rewarding 6-month role as an Interim Disposals Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.
  • Oversee general estates management and engage in asset management work.
  • Lead the Disposals and Development Programme 
  • Lead the Asset Review/Rationalisation at the Council 

Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualification required; Registered Valuer status is essential.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Estates Management is crucial, with an ideal background in a Local Authority setting.

Work Arrangement:

  • In-office presence for 1 day per week; the remaining days offer a remote working option.
