- Oversee general estates management and engage in asset management work.
- Lead the Disposals and Development Programme
- Lead the Asset Review/Rationalisation at the Council
- MRICS qualification required; Registered Valuer status is essential.
- Prior experience in Estates Management is crucial, with an ideal background in a Local Authority setting.
