Job Details
This bespoke construction consultancy based in London are actively looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Project Manager's Role
The successful Project Manager will be involved in the hands on Project Delivery through the early design stages to the contractor handover across a number of sectors.
Each Project Manager is responsible for Retail, Education and Fit Out schemes, as well as the new work currently being scheduled, a £50m Mixed Use/Cinema Project.
Project Manager Requirements
The role requires a background working within the UK Construction market as a Project Manager or Employers Agent. This can be with a Main Contractor or Consultancy as long as the previous sector experience matches their pipeline mentioned.
