Project Surveyor

This role would involve working alongside the company's Senior Surveyor carrying out the following duties:

• Tendering process
• Securing projects including contract negotiations as required
• Attending pre-start meetings
• Project cost analysis
• Produce project documents / files for the site supervisor
• Constant liaison with site throughout the project with site visits carried out on a regular basis
• Value / agreeing variations throughout the contract
• Submitting Valuations
• Final Account settlements
• Assist in compiling monthly reports, which are to be presented to the Directors
• Chasing outstanding monies

Requirements:

• Driving License
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Other Information:
