The Role:

The company is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their team. They are looking for a versatile 'generalist' in Building Surveying, capable of handling various tasks including Building Surveys, Pre- Acquisition Surveys Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Project Management and scheduled maintenance.

Experience Required:

• The ideal candidate should be a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Candidates with 0-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) are preferred, although any post qualification experience will be considered.
• Previous employment in a consultancy or end-user client setting is highly desirable.
