The National Programmes team of this leading Built Asset Consultancy are dedicated to providing professional services to key clients and those with national portfolios. They manage large change programmes to those clients in the UK and worldwide. The team operate a hybrid working policy, and although they are based out of their London office, they have a nationally based resource team with access to their network of regional offices.

Their Building Surveyors / Built Asset Consultants within National Programmes proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administrate projects and programmes plus various other bespoke services to ensure their clients estate remains well maintained and achieves its full potential. They additionally provide extensive commercial services which include Dilapidations, Lease Advice and Pre-acquisition surveys.

They are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor / Built Asset Consultant to join a client focused team on various projects across locations throughout UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to join and strengthen their team, providing all core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property.

The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified in Building Surveying with MRICS and strong technical delivery experience. Retail sector experience desirable but not essential and the ability to work remotely / from home and flexible with travel.
