Job Details
A close knit, family feel Construction Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious and hungry Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid progression to their established Cheltenham office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a small but well established and very busy firm, with about 30 people across 3 offices.
The current Partner joined the firm during his university placement and has worked his way up to Partner. They have a passion for taking on driven young professionals, giving them unrivalled industry exposure, and helping them achieve their professional goals and a successful track record doing so.
They have no shortage of exciting projects both locally and nationally, this includes Residential, Student Accommodation, Education, Retail, Mixed Use and Hospitality. This diverse workload, alongside their successful track record previously, makes them a fantastic place for APC guidance and support with Chartership. They have Chartered professionals, RICS approved tutors and more. Though it is a small firm, they have a lot to offer!
They offer an unrivalled opportunity for both rapid short term, and long term progression. Ideally looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who eventually wants to get involved in winning their own projects, working under their own initiative and growing into a Senior role within the business.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying / RICS Accredited degree qualification
- UK Driving License
- Ambitious and client facing
- Previous QS experience within a consultancy
- Basic pre & post contract experience
