An exciting, growing, consultancy firm is looking for their next hard working, motivated and diligent Quantity Surveyor. You could join a very friendly and close-knit team working on a variety of projects within the industrial, education and residential sectors.
You will join a progressive firm who fully support development and encourage their people!

Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market from a consultancy or client side background
• RICS accredited degree in a relevant construction or property discipline
• Chartered with the RICS or actively working towards.
• Previous experience delivering within the industrial or education (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skill
• Numeracy skills
• Report writing
• Presentation skills
• Proven track record at the appropriate level

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Pre and Post contract services
• Attend site meetings
• Produce documents to tender
• Contract Administration
• Valuations
• Cost Management
