Join a reputable Local Authority client in Hertfordshire on an interim basis for a rewarding 6-month role as a Commercial Building Surveyor. 

Main duties of the role:

• To diagnose defects on commercial property and to implement cost-effective solutions.
• To prepare detailed specifications.
• Project management
• Contract administration of projects.
• Site inspections and supervision.
