Building Surveyor

We receive survey instructions from 4 of the top 10 estate agents in the UK as well as over 500 other introducers and are looking to expand our team of in-house surveyors.

· You will be required to be an Associate Member of the RICS as a minimum, but ideally MRICS/FRICS.

· Minimum 3 years of experience

· Experience of providing terrific customer service in a client facing role.

· Exceptional timekeeping, never late and always on top of deadlines.

· The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone.

· An organised way of working.

· Computer literate to deliver survey reports via iPad and bespoke software.

· Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete preemployment screening.
