Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Devon, who require an Interim Compliance and Planned Works Service Manager.
You will take overall and strategic responsibility for the following areas of the housing stock;
* Building Compliance and Cyclical Servicing
* Asset Management and Planned Works.
You will also support team Managers in achieving the priorities and objectives of the Council, and implementing the Housing Strategy, Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and Service Plan.
You will need to provide leadership and guidance to the Compliance and Planned Works teams, effectively managing performance to drive high standards of service and meet our obligations as a social landlord in line with agreed internal and external key performance indicators. Using a project management approach, effectively manage and deliver the numerous projects across the Compliance and Planned Works teams.
You will be required in the office 3 days per week, and will be directly managing 2 teams.

Effective People Manager - (Directly managing 2; responsible for Managing a team approx. 8 people)
Previous Project Management Experience is helpful.
