Responsibilities within your new role

In your new Agency Surveyor role, you will have various tasks to keep you busy. These include managing transactions and negotiations, liaising and meeting with clients, carrying out inspections and measurement surveys and building your network to generate new business.

For this position, you will hold a full driving licence as you will be required to visit various sites.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We would be delighted to hear from candidates of all levels, however, a minimum of two years of experience across a multitude of sectors would be preferred. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with an outstanding track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines. Working knowledge of relevant property legislations and regulations is essential.

MRICS would be advantageous, but we are open to hearing from those who have not obtained this also.
