About
With a history dating back to 1561, Kingston Grammar School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join the School, on a fixed term 6–12-month contract, to take a lead role in the implementation of a diverse range of dynamic capital projects at our London Road site and Ditton Field, our 22-acre sports ground in Thames Ditton.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the role will involve, but not be limited to, the management of multiple key capital projects from inception to conclusion. This will initially involve providing cost estimates, assisting with the procurement of contractors, liaising with external consultants throughout the project, liaising with architects, the procurement team, sub-contractors, clients and internal KGS staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing estates/capital projects from start to finish, and may be from a building, engineering or School Bursar background.
