Looking for a new role to take you into the New Year?
Park Avenues Local Authority client is looking for a Senior Assets Officer to join their Property Services team on an initial 6 month contract.
The Council will be implementing a new data system for their Asset Management plan, so your main responsibilities will lie with this, as well as overseeing capital works projects, and managing a team of 4.
The council work on a hybrid basis, requiring you in the office 3 days a week.
