Our client are recruiting a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor for their growing Manchester office.

Role Summary /  Purpose and Scope

Our client’s Building Consultancy team has a proven track record across all sectors providing quality market leading commercial advice, experience and knowledge on all stages of the property life-cycle. The experienced team provides a suite of services ranging from Building Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Defect Analysis, Licence for Alterations, Contract Administration, Employers Agent and Project Management.  An opportunity has become available within our client’s Building Consultancy team for a Chartered Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in their Manchester Office. 

Skills (People & Technical)

An understanding of the rationale behind the building surveying opportunities and showing a readiness to engage. Client facing skills Auto CAD proficient Able to hit deadlines, targets and KPI’s on tasks/instructions Excellent organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages Pro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with our client’s policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
