In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise in building surveying, with a particular focus on design and specification. You'll collaborate closely with Senior/Managing surveyors, daily client interactions, and a range of responsibilities, including surveys, inspections, project team management, party wall awards, dilapidations, and more.
You will also manage small to midsize projects, which will put your communication and management skills to the test. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy while receiving support from your senior colleagues when needed.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and willing to go the extra mile. You should possess an RICS accredited degree and demonstrate theoretical and practical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Being organized, professional, and committed with a good understanding of project and professional services is essential.
