The Role:

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the excellence and comprehensive service delivery that our practice is known for. Operating from our Cardiff office, you will have the chance to work on an assortment of projects, ensuring a rich and diverse professional experience. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Conducting detailed building surveys, preparing reports that meet our rigorous standards and client expectations.
• Offering professional advice on property and construction, encompassing both public and private sectors.
• Managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.
• Providing expert guidance on building regulations, conservation, and restoration matters.
• Engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise.

The Candidate:

• Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), demonstrating a proven track record in Building Surveying.
• Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-disciplinary practice, showcasing your ability to handle a diverse project portfolio.
• Exceptional technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all surveys and reports are conducted with accuracy and precision.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all client specifications and quality standards are met.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

In Return:

This role offers the successful Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor a highly competitive salary package, reflective of their expertise and the value they bring to our team. Additionally, we provide:
