Lease Consultancy - AD - London/Hybrid
£65,000 - £75,000 + benefits/bonus/package
Our client is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to take hold and grow their Lease Consultancy team based in London City
The role will be client facing involving managing this workstream within the larger Valuation Advisory Team. The position will involve overseeing the lease advisory work for the business, managing the work, surveyors within the team, reporting to clients and Directors within the business.
The ideal person will be someone who has extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters in and around London and the South East. They have a steady stream of work from their management clients and want to expand the work from new external clients. In exchange for knowledge, drive and determination they offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Main Duties
• Lease Advisory – Advising mainly their Property Management landlord clients across Greater London and
part of the UK in a full range of matters in relation landlord and tenant matters. However, aim is to grow
the work with new clients.
• Managing and undertaking the extensive consistent workflow from a mix of Property Management clients
and also a wide range of existing private and public sector clients.
• At times if they have the appropriate skills and qualification to carry out Red Book valuations for both
residential and commercial properties.
• Ability to expand into work for new clients and new properties.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in the form of working on valuation reports.
• Detailed analytical skills, basic numeracy and good attention to detail.
• An ability to carry out research, work independently and present this information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
• Preferably Full UK Driving Licence
