We have exciting plans for how we deliver services to Nottinghamshire’s people, and our HQ office move is just the start of that. The plan to move is in 2025, and you will be focused on delivering change as part of this HQ move and we want you to reimagine the use of our presence in the county’s towns, continuing to deliver inclusive access to our vital services, working collaboratively with other service leads across the council.  

The portfolio for this role is wide ranging and will allow you to bring strategic and operational services together to drive forward the aspirations. The role leads the includes FM/Maintenance, Commissioning, Estates Practice, and the Property Projects teams, united by our Strategic Asset Management Plan. The successful candidate will work directly to the Director of Green Growth, Investment and Assets using our corporate landlord model to lead on the planning of, and management of our land and property assets and major land and property developments. You will be responsible for driving forward the capital programme and owning the Property Asset Management Plan and Service Asset Management Planning process.

We are looking for a leader that wants to make a difference, someone that is comfortable holding their own in the diverse dynamics of a Local Authority and with members.
