• A General Practice Surveyor &
• A Building & Valuation Surveyor

Our client is an extremely friendly multi-disciplinary Chartered surveyors who provide services to the residential and commercial sectors including construction and social housing. Core services include General Practice Surveying work, Property management & Building Consultancy.

They have a long-distinguished history with offices based in the North West. Coverage includes West Northumberland, Lancashire, South West Scotland and Cumbria.

GP Candidates should be ideally:

• MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified (but not limited to)
• A commercial valuation and agency background.
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to help develop the practice.

Building & Valuation Surveyor should ideally have:

• MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified (but not limited to)
• Have a Broad Survey & Valuation skill set in residential and commercial property
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude to help develop the practice.
