CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR REQUIRED

  • MRICS / FRICS Qualified (Min 5 years PQE)

The workload is mainly high-quality private client pre-purchase surveys and valuations.

You’ll need to have a detailed knowledge of building pathology and will be carrying out general practice building surveying & Homebuyer instructions for clients in London and the South East. The role will include pre-acquisition surveys and Valuation of residential properties. 

Additionally experience of boundary disputes/project management/ party wall/ schedule of condition and dilapidations is welcome but not essential.

Remote home based role with some requirement to be in the office. Full admin support is provided.
