Key responsibilities will include -

  • Assist the Design Manager in overseeing all aspects of the design process from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project charters, project schedules, risk registers, and change control logs.
  • Carry out project planning, coordinating and administration, ensuring project documents are properly organised, version controlled, and accessible to project team members.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support design decisions.
  • Aid in the management of design resources, including budgets, materials.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.
  • Work effectively with external resources, such as Architects, Main Contractors and Consultants.
