Project Manager- Fund / Propco refurb led Projects

Job description

An innovative, client focused, Building & Project Management consultancy require an experienced Project Manager to join their team at Associate or Senior Associate level to act as Project Manager, where you will be primarily focussed on investor led refurbishment projects working primarily on office assets. Their clients include major funds, property companies and investors.

They are considered outstanding by their clients, who are very happy with the way they go about the management of Projects and how they deliver them. They firmly believe in empowering and trusting their Project Managers, and as a result you will be offered a high degree of flexible working.  Experienced Required.

They need experienced Project Managers that are intelligent, good communicators, good with investor clients, and can convey confidence (whilst displaying a bit of humility)

You must have previously worked on end-to-end projects, and because much of the work is refurbishment and fit-out, previous experience in this would be highly desirable.

Ideally you will be chartered (RICS, APM CIOB)
