• Overseeing building control processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor building work and ensure it meets legal standards and safety requirements.
• Preparing reports and documentation related to building control approvals.
• Liaising with architects, builders, engineers, and other professionals to advise on building control issues.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on the latest building regulations and standards.
• Handling multiple projects across various locations, ensuring timely and effective completion.

• Strong understanding of Building Control within the sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ability to handle site inspections and provide detailed, objective assessments.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently across different regions.
