Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor - South East London

A multidisciplinary construction consultancy is currently in search of a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join its team in South East London. The successful candidate will be engaged in diverse projects, primarily focusing on the residential sector. The successful candidate will be provided with exceptional support for their professional development and will have the opportunity to pursue their APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) with a company renowned for its outstanding pass rate.

The ideal applicant should possess prior experience as a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor, hold a relevant RICS degree, and have aspirations of attaining chartered status. However, the company is also open to applications from Graduates with placement or work experience, as well as fresh Graduates. A strong willingness to learn, a passion for personal growth and development, and great enthusiasm are essential qualities sought too. While the candidate may not yet be a fully refined Building Surveyor, the company highly values their determination to become one and will provide all the necessary support for their success.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, with graduates starting at £27k and Assistants earning up to £38k, depending on experience. The package will also include benefits and support to complete the APC and attain membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
