The Role:

We seek a Cost Manager to join our Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) team, supporting the MOD. This team is expanding from 10 to 15 members to manage large tier 1 projects with GDVs of £100-£500 million over the next 5 years. While Defence experience is not essential, RICS chartership (or equivalent) is required. Excellent communication skills are a must.
