Our client, a multi award-winning proptech, is a digital connectivity advisor within the built environment sector, recognised for its innovative solutions and market-leading expertise.

The firm employs RICS accredited real estate professionals to deliver independent consultancy and managed solutions, focusing on asset management and the impact of capital investment and customer service on asset value.

What They Do

Our client provides a landlord-controlled, plug & play fibre solution in partnership with top digital connectivity leaders. Their services include designing and managing ISP-agnostic infrastructure, eliminating tenant-level wayleaves, reducing connection delays, and maximising occupier value. They enable SMART specified buildings, supporting underlying asset value and reducing operational shortfalls.

They have collaborated with leading institutional, private equity, and propco investors/developers across the UK, delivering notable projects such as:

  • Birmingham: Sustainable fibre solution for a new-build development, achieving WiredScore Platinum certification.
  • Cambridge: Enhanced technical proposition for a flagship office development, fully pre-let to major global occupiers.
  • Glasgow: Net zero carbon office building with innovative building specifications and smart building technologies.
  • London: Base-build fibre specification and long-term digital landlord services for a landmark scheme.

The Role

Our client is expanding their senior leadership team within their real estate division. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of their service lines across the built environment through leveraging real estate networks to create investment and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new propositions to meet client requirements and capitalise on opportunities
  • Leading client engagement across the existing portfolio
  • Developing property strategies to increase revenue in line with the business plan
  • Recruiting and shaping a team to achieve collective goals
  • Leading training and development initiatives to enhance the team's value proposition
  • Reporting directly to the CEO on property functions and growth strategy execution
  • Managing senior surveyors and associate directors in capturing new opportunities
  • Promoting the company across the built environment sector

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both existing and future teams and business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to communicate technical expertise in an asset management context.


  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
  • Expertise in property strategy, development and execution
  • Experience in team recruitment, training, and development
  • Ability to innovate and present business cases for new propositions
