Associate Building Surveyor
London
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the growing Building Surveying Division of this leading pan European consultancy delivering strategic advice across the Built Environment.
You will provide independent delivery of consultancy advice on a broad range of building surveying services, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, acting as lead on multi-discipline schemes, survey activities and party wall as well as full duties as contract administrator.
An MRICS Building Surveyor you will have first-class communication and relationship-building skills and be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of traditional building surveying disciplines and contract administration, with a focus on developing client relationships and taking autonomy for specific instructions.
