Job Details
A top tier, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining the consultancy's London office, where you will be working on large scale industrial and logistic projects, valuing up to £200m.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor may also support on a couple of central London private healthcare and life science projects.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred
- Industrial / logistics / healthcare - experience in one (or more) of these sectors
- Masterplanning experience would be a bonus
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- A successful track record of delivering projects independently
- UK PQS / Consultancy background
