Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be involved in various aspects of surveying, including:
- Conducting property inspections and surveys.
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports.
- Supporting senior surveyors in design and contract administration tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identifying, reporting on and resolving defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Surveying and Inspection: Assist in conducting detailed property inspections and surveys, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Contract Administration: Participate in contract administration activities, contributing to the planning and execution of various projects.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with RICS standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Building Surveying.
- Accreditation: Eligible for or currently working towards RICS accreditation.
- Skills to include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in surveying software , Microsoft and AutoCad. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience: Previous internship or work experience in surveying or a related field is advantageous.
