Asset Manager

My client based in the Northwest is currently looking for an Asset Manager.

The right candidate will:

• Have been responsible for delivery of planned programmes.
• Knowledge of stock.
• Have experience of managing surveyors.
• Be well-versed in interpreting and managing data.
• Be comfortable liaising with managers across different departments.
• Preferably have experience in social housing.

You will receive:

• 6-month initial contract (with a look to extend)
• £400 per day
• Hybrid working 
• 45p per mile business mileage
