Quantity Surveyor - NEXT WEEK START - Local Authority - Nottinghamshire

I am currently working with a Local Authority based in Nottinghamshire on a Quantity Surveying role for a 6 month period available immediately with potential interview slots this afternoon!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the commercial capital works program
• responsibility Sub Contract payments and submission of accounts to the client (valuation).
• Negotiate with Client and Contractors.
• Site Measures.
• Experience with JCT framework
• Draft written reports, setting out the processes in place, conclusions, solutions and recommendations
• Supporting colleagues and clients with the preparation of claims for loss and expense

Qualifications:

• Qualification and qualification
• Public Sector experience.
