Commercial Building Surveyor

We are looking for someone based in the High Wycombe, Watford, Stevenage and Hemel Hempstead region to join our nationwide team of chartered commercial surveyors. The work is incredibly varied, and, depending on the candidate’s skill set, would include condition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, PPM surveys and contract admin.

Our professionals are all home- rather than office-based, and the survey areas are based on each surveyor’s home location.

We have a fantastic multi-disciplined team of building surveyors and structural engineers spread across the country. The successful applicant will benefit from the diverse range of expertise within the team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality survey services. We tailor each position to the candidate and their strengths and preferences.

We are looking for a Hertfordshire-, Berkshire- or Buckinghamshire-based commercial building surveyor looking to work within a dynamic and growing company. You need to be chartered with the RICS or CIOB and be committed to delivering work at the highest standards.

You need to have strong attention to detail and be confident in carrying out high-quality commercial survey work independently.
