Area Estates Manager
£49.30p/h Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
3 Months Initially (with view for extension in place)

What will you do?
·To lead, plan, develop and deliver an expert professional service within the Estates Management service undertaking the management of the Council's non-residential properties including lease renewals, rent reviews, rent collection and debt recovery together with the annual programme of asset valuations required by statute.
·The role may also involve managing the council's managing agents.
 
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate ALL the following on application and through the interview process:
·UK resident
·MUST be a qualified chartered surveyor
·Substantial post qualification experience of undertaking similar work in a similar sized complex organisation delivering all aspects of Estates and Property Management.
·Experience of establishing holistic plans for property management.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
·High level of commercial awareness.
·Knowledge and experience of regulatory guidelines and statutory compliance requirements relating to estates management within a large public sector organisation.
