My client based in the South East is currently looking for a Disrepair Surveyor.

The right candidate will:

Disrepair and Damp & Mould experience Be able to carry out condition surveys Be capable of inspecting works Have social housing or local authority experience Minimum qualification HNC, RICS desirable You will receive:

£40-45 per hour 6-month initial contract (with a look to extend) Hybrid working 45p per mile business mileage The manager is looking to bring someone onboard ASAP, so if you are interested please get in touch with Jack McMeechan to discuss this role further.
