We are working with a Leicestershire based Local Authority to place an interim head of Asset Management.

The role will be for an initial 12 months with the possible view for extension. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise the management of a diverse property portfolio.
  • Lead strategic asset initiatives, ensuring value for money and sustainability.
  • Lead Acquisitions and Disposals of council assets
  • Drive innovative solutions to meet the needs of our community.
