CLIENT-SIDE CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR - London or Manchester

I'm currently working with a very impressive Asset Management and Investment company who are looking to add a Building Surveyor, preferably Chartered, but not essential, to their London or Manchester team. You will be coming on board to help manage a £1 Billion portfolio across commercial assets including retail shopping centres, single and multi-let office buildings, Industrial and distribution sheds and large mixed-use development sites.

There will be a mix of project work, cut n carve, ESG work, refurbishment and maintenance across the portfolio as well as feasibility work, pre-acquisition due diligence and Dilaps work.

This is a rare and exciting chance for a Consultancy Surveyor to move Client-side and join a busy and pro-active investor with an interesting range of assets and varied work.
