Woodhouse Property Recruitment is currently assisting a market-leading Property Consultancy to recruit a Director to join their Business Rates team based in the South West. You will be joining what is arguably one of the best rating teams in the market with an enviable client list. The role is due to further demand within the business. Candidates who are currently at Associate Directors and looking to take on more responsibility will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant and occupier ‘appeal’ work
- Team Management
- Direct client management
- Property inspections and measurements

- Liaising with public bodies

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience within business rates
- MRICS / IRRV qualification
- Private sector of VOA background
