Commercial Property Management - Surveyor or Senior Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a leading national consultancy with an established and expanding client base, including Prop Co’s, international investors, and public sector bodies.

This role is part of a well-resourced team and involves taking full ownership of various key commercial assets across the West Midlands. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage service charges, generate periodic client reports, support property transactions, and offer advice on value-add opportunities, with direct communication lines to all client types requiring a high level of professionalism.
