Residential Surveyors (Financial Services Group) - Multiple patches available

Full-time Residential Surveyors – any well performing patches considered – c75-100k OTE + Package

We’re working exclusively with the Surveying arm of a major financial services group who are keen to recruit a number of full-time Residential Surveyors UK wide.

In addition to providing the usual range of reports to main lenders (for whom they are tier 1), they have expanded their service offering to include (amongst other private surveys) tablet based expert witness reports which can be undertaken at volume, for high fees ensuring excellent OTE.

As a result of this diversification (underpinned by an excellent internal training programme) they are now looking to hire a number of additional earnings focused Residential Surveyors as follows:

• Full-time employed
• Urgent vacancies in Kingston, Croydon, Sutton, Romford, Chelmsford, Southend on Sea, East London, Leeds, Hertfordshire and Berkshire with additional patches considered on a case by case basis (if you’re covering a busy patch and feel undervalued or would prefer a more diverse workload, please get in touch to discuss)
• Undertaking a broad but sustainable (and manageable) mix of work comprising HBR’s (L2), Valuations (Mortgage, Help to Buy, Probate, Matrimonial) and Expert Witness Reports (full training provided)
• Expert Witness work is instructed via panels of solicitors representing tenants pursuing larger landlords (usually social housing) for disrepair and damages (small claims – no valuation element and all remedial costs are pre-filled in the tablet-based reports using bespoke software)
• Sensible turnaround times
• OTE protected when MV volumes are low – Expert Witness work provides greater £ per point for less risk (no valuation/risk of claim or attendance at court) and requires NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (full training provided in post – be up and running in a few days)
• Diverse workload opportunities for those with experience/interest in specialisms such as Party Wall etc.
• Secure work streams, not reliant on the usual high street lenders (yet still highly instructed and tier 1 panel appointed regardless)
