MRICS Associate Director Quantity Surveying Job - Cost Consultancy

Stafford Lawrence is recruiting for an Associate Director of Cost for a job vacancy with a well known Cost Consultancy for their Birmingham West Midlands office. The current vacancy is due to continued growth for the company. Our client are looking to recruit an AD level Quantity Surveying professional with experience not only with a range of projects but also with the ability to mentor and grow a team. This is a full time permanent position office based.

Requirements for Chartered MRICS Associate Director Of Cost

• Professional Status-MRICS – Chartered Status is a preferred requirement for this senior level role. Our clients are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Qualifications -A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Background - In addition, experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK. Our client is open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK, to the Birmingham area, as well as candidates already based in the area.
• Sector Experience -Our client is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure and Entertainment, Retail, Education
• General Experience -As well as the ability to manage your own projects, candidates should have experience of Business Development in the area along with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Cost Consultancy professionals.
• Reporting- The role will report to the partner of the Birmingham office as well as the UK board.

Salary & Benefits for the Associate Director Cost Birmingham

This is a permanent full time position based in Birmingham.

Salary Package - Negotiable for the right person, there is some flexibility around the banding provided by our client £65,000-72,000, this includes Car or Car Allowance
